Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Artificial Flowers & Plants (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Candles & Home Fragrances (once opened or used)
  • Bath Towels & Bathroom Rugs & Mats (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and ship to our returns center at:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your refund
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your refund

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for opened items that are not defective.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the process is similar to returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item. If the exchange item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
